My Journey

My personal training journey started with working out with my buddy here in Chicago. We’d wake up every day at 4:30 am and hit the gym—day in and day out. I fell in love with fitness. We were improving our form, feeling stronger, but most importantly, we noticed the growth in ourselves. The gym is where I found my therapy. Then, I fell in love with the exercise science and the education that went behind the workouts. I’d study and research and create even better workouts for my friend and me. It wasn’t long before we saw evidence of how education improved fitness.
